San Diego Flight Center is Southern California's leading training provider for the ROTC "You Can Fly" and "You Can Certify" scholarship programs. Our mission is simple: to provide cadets flight exposure, education, and hands-on experience with scheduling flexibility built in to fit the rhythm of college life.

To be accepted into our ROTC AYCF / AYCC Flight Training Program, all applicants must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be a US citizen or legal permanent resident
- Read, speak and write the English language
- Be able to pass an FAA Third Class Medical Exam
- Have approval or pending approval from your Cadre to begin training
